Well, That Was a Long Trip!

Friends, I came back from Mexico alive. I know a few of you sent me tweets demanding I show my face, lest you need to send out the National Guard to search for my little blonde self all the way down in Cabo.

So...here's what I've been up to, in a very tiny little nutshell. I went to Mexico, came back, packed my apartment, threw everything I own into storage, flew my brother out to L.A., forced him to drive back with me to Colorado, and here I've been for the last three weeks. My mama is having heart surgery tomorrow, and so I felt like being her for her. Call me crazy. And something about that whole nothavingajobthing made it so easy to do so! There's a bit more to the story, but I have no time to explain now. You know I'm already long-winded enough. We don't need you to spend all of Father's Day weekend reading this post.

Mexico was amazing. I want to go back rightthisverysecond. However, no can do. These pictures will have to be good enough for the both of us.

My little brother. He's still single, ladies!

The very last thing we did before we left was take a water taxi back to the hotel, as you can see I was not happy to be leaving.

Hope you are all having a Happy Father's Day!

Xoxo,

  1. Thinking of you and your mom girl. Big time!
I can totally see why you did the whole "packing, storage, driving back home" thing, and it makes sense in so many ways. :) Awesome pictures btw of your Mexcio trip and I'm glad you had so much fun. Still jealous you went. :)

    Happy Sunday.
To me it's unfortunately not Father's Day...kinda sad about this but I have my reasons. :(
