Red, White and Blue Body Challenge

Are you in? I pretty much need to know right now, because this is a very exclusive club. If you're reading this, you're invited. So are you in, or are you out?

Here's the deal. I want to challenge myself to see how much hotter I can get by the 4th of July. I'm not expecting miracles. Sure, I'd take this body:

But realistically, I'm thinking maybe I can squeeze into those expensive jeans that are just a tad too tight or maybe not feel inclined to always wear sleeves.

So here's the plan:

1.) Don't eat crap.

2.) Exercise at least 30 minutes per day (walking counts.)

That's it. Everyday for the next two months. Who's joining me?

  3. I love this idea! Sadly I don't think I could manage to work out every day, but lately I've been doing 3x week and am pleased with my results. Good luck girl! You can definitely do it!

  6. You're awesome! So motivating, my dear. If I wasn't broken right now, I'd be right there with you! But...wait. I walk 3 hours at work AND eat (mostly) healthy stuff, so I'll join you! Ha! Loopholes.
