Are you in? I pretty much need to know right now, because this is a very exclusive club. If you're reading this, you're invited. So are you in, or are you out?
Here's the deal. I want to challenge myself to see how much hotter I can get by the 4th of July. I'm not expecting miracles. Sure, I'd take this body:
But realistically, I'm thinking maybe I can squeeze into those expensive jeans that are just a tad too tight or maybe not feel inclined to always wear sleeves.
So here's the plan:
1.) Don't eat crap.
2.) Exercise at least 30 minutes per day (walking counts.)
That's it. Everyday for the next two months. Who's joining me?
