I'm Home, Safe and Sound!

Hi Loves! I'm home from China! It was such an amazing experience, I wish I could have brought you all with me in my suitcase to show you the wonderful people, culture and food! Good thing I loved it too, I just found out my next trip is in two weeks! This time, I went to three big cities in China, and next time I also get to go to Tokyo, Japan!
The trip was amazing, inside and out. I slept the whole way on the plane both ways (all 14.5 hours of the flight) and didn't feel jet-lagged at all! We'll see how tomorrow goes, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to be fine.
Best of all, I love the work itself. Hope you enjoy the pictures! I was working too much to take my usual amount of photos, but I snuck in a couple. I'm doing an entire post later this week on what I ate, you can bet I photographed every single thing.

  4. Welcome back! Your trip looked amazing. And good for you for being able to sleep on both legs of the trip. Usually I don't have jetlag issues when I go to Asia. When I return to the US though...totally different story.

  6. You are a lucky ducky--I can NEVER sleep more than about half an hour on a plane, which sucks for long flights.

Your trip looks awesome? Did you get back in time for the quake?

  8. Awwww.....I missed you! Glad you liked it and glad you're home! Your pictures make me homesick...even though I know it's China, not Japan. When you do go to Japan, however, please go to CoCoIchibanya's for me. It shouldn't be too hard to find. I'm drooling already.

Can't wait to hear more about your trip! LOVE YOU!!!

  10. Wow what amazing experiences your having. I'm so glad you had a safe and fun trip.

    Glad your back.

So I have to ask, Are you with other people on these trips. I'm to much of a scaredy cat to ever go out of the country alone. I don't even like going to Walmart alone :)
I'm proud of you for being so independent either way but I was just curious if you know anyone or are traveling with people.

Can't wait to see the food pics. They sound like lots of fun!

  15. Thanks for answering my questions. Your such a sweetie, seriously!
I'm relieved to hear your with someone but I totally get how that could be annoying having them overly cautious. I just couldn't imagine going to another country alone.
It seems like an amazing experience though and to get to go back in a few weeks to Japan, wow. That's so crazy and exciting. I'm happy for you.
